Four Applications of Mindfulness

Chamtrul Rinpoche will offer a teaching on The Four Applications of Mindfulness. 

Everyone is welcome to join this teaching. 

Doors will open 30 minutes prior; please allow enough time to arrive before the teaching starts at 19:00.

The teaching is on donation, which can be offered on the day.
